Rivers of Eden
The second river-Gihon
The river of process

Hurricane Katrina

In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, one of the lessons learned was that if there had been a healthy system of wetlands between New Orleans and the Gulf it would have slowed down the storm and dampened the storm surge.

Wetlands serve as nature's first line of defense by absorbing much of the damage caused by hurricanes... Rivers demand a stable floodplain to have a healthy border.

The healthy soul is our line of defense amid a storm!

When you have healthy floodplains you have healthy intimacy with God.
When you have "unhealthy floodplains" you have erosions
and mudslides.

1 Corinthians 12
I fear that there may be discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, slander, and gossip.

I'm teaching on the estuary of the heart.
I'm learning that the soul is the antechamber of the heart. It's the smaller room leading to the bigger (main room.)
The green room is where you sort out the issues of the soul....before you enter into a more responsible place
(the heart.) The soul is likened to the processing room of our prayer chamber, our mouth.
It's where we meet God consistently. The word of God says, "Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.

Luke 6:45
Just as our deeds reveal our faith, our words reveal our hearts. We can't tame our tongues on our own, because we can't change our sinful nature on our own.

Psalm 51:5
Surely I was brought forth in iniquity; I was sinful when my mother conceived me.
Psalm 58:3
The wicked are estranged from the womb; they go astray from birth, speaking lies.

(my mouth is God's prayer room)
We can't tame our tongues on our own, because we can't change our sinful nature on our own.
Sin doesn't begin in the heart! Its origin is from the womb of the mouth dropping down to the heart, and giving birth to death!
When your soul is dirty it defiles your heart, but when the soul, or mouth is clean the heart shines bright!

Where God takes HIS rest is where He Builds His HOUSE!

Etymology of the word womb:
heart, bowels, stomach, abdomen.
Your voice will be an echo if your quiet place is empty. Those who have filled their closet, secret place, greenroom, and mouth/soul with the word of God possess an ecosystem where spiritual nutrients are stored and eaten at the table of the LORD, and released in God's perfect timing.

In- to -me- see, or EDEN is the place of PLEASURE, the place of the double-edged sword. In process combining Intimacy with the word equals a double-edged sword! That is why the word of God is our weapon. Men have made their "mouths" their teeth as a sword of vengeance towards their enemy instead of allowing God's word to build them up in their prayer closet.

Eco Systems on Earth

Many animals rely on estuaries for food, breeding places, and migration stopovers. They are very delicate systems! Estuaries are beautiful places with flowing grasses, marshes, creeks, and streams. The salty freshwater mix is where life begins, and is the nursing grounds for 75% of fish we catch. Estuaries are lined with marches and seagrasses that filter water flowing to the ocean and act as a buffer protecting us from coastal storms.
Lord, Let your Holiness process cleanse us and make us HOLY sanctified vessels for your GLORY!
Let the familiar, the ordinary, the common, the religious- let it die and decompose to be food for our soul/soil.

Let's look up what makes up the fertile top layer of soil.

Light Bearer in translation from Greek means Light Bearer.
Let us bear The Light of God to the world.

One of the major components of a good top layer of soil is Phosphorus.
Phosphorus is a major life-giving mineral, essential in all soil composition.
Where there’s no - phosphorus there’s no life.

The United States considers soil degradation one of the central threats to human health in the coming days. We must see topsoil as a living thing-
Let’s look at the parable of the sower. Matt 13:18
The soil that the seed fell on represents four categories of heart:
the hard heart,
the shallow heart,
the crowded heart,
and the fruitful heart ( I’ll also add: rested, a Goshen's heart, a heart conformed to his likeness).

Let's compare healthy soil to a fruitful heart.
Let’s look at what minerals are found in healthy top-layer soil.
-45% of topsoils must contain calcium, magnesium phosphorus, and boron…
then you have the rest made up of water and air.
When looking at healthy topsoil we find Protoza - protoza feed on bacteria, fungi, algae, and yeast which keep a soil structure healthy. If there’s too much tilling, plowing, frequent planting - never resting the soil it becomes dust at the top!

Protozoas are predators of bacteria.
Bacteria are one-cell organism good for healthy soil composition.

(From the Guardian website:
The world needs topsoil to grow 95% of its food – but it’s rapidly disappearing. Without efforts to rebuild soil health, we could lose our ability to produce enough nutritious food to feed the planet’s population.)

I love this story of Jonathan Cobb. He’s a fourth-generation farmer in Rogers, Texas.

He had to tell his dad he was quitting. He would be the last Cobb generation to farm.
In looking for a new job he stops over to
The local US Department of Agriculture to pick up some paperwork.
There was a training session on healthy soil, so he stayed to watch.
From a heavily tilled field, they dropped a lump of soil into a wire mesh that sat in a Water-field cylinder. In another cylinder, they dropped a second lump of dirt. This one came from a field that had grown a variety of grasses and had been in a state of rest for years.
Their findings was the soil from the tilled field, dissolved into dust. The soil from the rested field remained solid- even soaking up the water like a sponge. In seeing this, he knew there was hope!
He realized that topsoil was a living thing!

There’s never been a time in America that we have questioned the ‘soul’ of our nation than now. There’s never been a time in America that we need hope!

The soul of America has become so badly degregated.

Chuck Pierce noted in his prophecy for 2023/24
Giving the Lord the best of what you have.
He says, “ God is looking at what you give him.”
The emphasis is on the first fruits. What does our topsoil, leaders look like?

In Romans: God looks at the lump you have!
God wants us to give him the best out of the lump- then he blesses the whole lump. Everything you have left will prosper.

Romans 11:16
If the dough offered as first fruits is holy, so is the whole lump, and if the root is holy, so are the branches.

Psalms 131 surely I have calm and quiet my soul like a weaned child with his mother.

Prayer
Father God, Wean us from slavery from the need of always being taught and never becoming teachers ( examples of Holy roots ) becoming Godly fathers mothers and leaders!

Let the butterfat of your word rise up in our soul making us satisfied in you.
Psalms 36:8
Galatians 4:19
That all may drink their fill from the delightful Springs of Edens river or Edens pleasure, from dry narrow places to flowing gushing rivers.

We’ve heard his cry: “Come up!”
So, we go willingly through the justification of your fire and your love!❤️

BE SALT WHERE YOU LAND, AND LIGHT WHERE YOU STAND.

Forgive us for not taking on your rest “forming a Goshen within us” that it would bear your image on the outside.
Much like the topsoil-SOUL ( our leaders/representatives)
Let it be a mirror image of the Goshen with us!
